系统简介 & System Introduction

设计一个能够有效清洁挡风玻璃的雨刮器需要考虑不同的叶片长度、不均匀的压力情况、以及多变的挡风玻璃结构。当这些因素结合在一起,使雨刮器压力测量成为一个复杂的材料和动力学问题。了解挡风玻璃和雨刮器之间的受力分布,以及叶片中各个位置的受力占比,成为提高雨刮器性能的关键。

CNSCAN团队开发了一款厚度0.2mm的柔韧薄膜传感器,沿着它的长度排列着128个单独的压力传感器。配合自主研发的采集设备以及校准装置和应用软件,能够在各种条件下测量挡风玻璃到雨刮器叶片之间的受力情况。

Designing an effective windshield wiper requires consideration of different blade lengths, uneven pressure conditions, and variable windshield configurations. When these factors are combined, wiper pressure measurement becomes a complex material and dynamic problem. Understanding the force distribution between the windshield and the wiper, as well as the proportion of the force at each position in the blade, becomes the key to improve the performance of the wiper.

The CNSCAN team developed a flexible film sensor 0.2mm thick, with 128 individual pressure sensors arranged along its length. With the self-developed acquisition equipment, calibration device and application software, it can measure the force between the windshield and the wiper blade under various conditions.

传感器介绍 & Introduction to Sensors

测量通过使用CNSCAN团队研发的WPER-Scan采集设备以及上位机软件进行数据读取与分析,采用定制CN7602-W传感器进行测量,传感器尺寸根据雨刮器定制,可适配用户工装。

The measurement is carried out by using the WPER-Scan acquisition equipment developed by the CNSCAN team and the host computer software for data reading and analysis. The customized CN762-W sensor is used for measurement, and the sensor size is customized according to the wiper, which can be adapted to the user’s tooling.
